Description:
Because shoebox cages are asymmetrical, when a fixed swivel mount is used tethers that are long enough to reach the far corners of the cage can tangle at the center giving the animal a chance to chew at them. Tethers that are short enough to prevent tangling will restrain the animal, resulting in unnecessary stress. This single-axis mount solves those problems by pivoting in the vertical plane to remove slack from the tether but allowing enough length to reach all corners of the cage. The adjustable counter-weight can be set to balance the weight of our swivels plus a tether. Use model CM375BP for plastic swivels and model CM375BS for stainless steel swivels.
